$450 - full psychiatric evaluation
Comprehensive medical history session with doctor, diagnosis, collaboration with existing physician(s), therapist.

We offer both Intramuscular (IM) and Oral Ketamine administration
$500 - 2 hours Oral ketamine session (in room therapist oversight)
Oral (aka sublingual ketamine) is taken by mouth in a tablet form. The tablet is held under the tongue for about 10 mins to dissolve.
$500 - 90 min Intramuscular (IM) ketamine session (in room therapist and psychiatrist oversight)
IM Delivery method: ketamine is injected into the muscles of either the arm or the leg. We provide the medicine (cost included here)

$250/hr - Prep and Integration Sessions with Therapists
Initial dosing will require at least one 50 minute preparation session.
Integration sessions are conducted as needed throughout treatment - generally 2-3 sessions per round of ~6 dosings.
Payment is accepted via cash, check, or credit card and is due at the time of service. Please note, we do not accept insurance; however, many clients with private insurance choose to seek partial reimbursement through their insurance provider. Upon request, we will provide a detailed billing invoice, which you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement at your policy’s out-of-network rate. The amount reimbursed will depend on the specifics of your insurance plan.
